Take 5

It was aproaching 100 degrees while shooting interiors under hot lights with only a small portable airconditioner in one room. But the shoot continues...

When the director calls "Take five" it can mean that we are rolling film for a fifth take of a spicific shot. But it can also mean to take a five minute break, perhaps so technical details can be attended to.

In this session, Rami took a break for some much needed fresh air out on the fire excape. However the camera crew kept on working and captured these dare develish acrobatics high above the street.

That fire excape was not only rusty with slats loose and some even missing, the whole thing was wiggling with every move. Director, Jim Brown who was working with the video camera at the, was not taking chances and stayed inside while camerman Jon Koons joined Rami outside.

The dangerously loose fire excape — some 5 stories up — did not deter Rami from taking a few minutes to stretch and breath in some healthy fresh air.
