"The grease I used was just that: pure grease," says the "Haircut Guy." "I was curious to know exactly what effect a 100% grease would have. It was a combination of sunflower oil and vegetable oil. All it needed was a nice pomade-like perfume and it would've been brilliant. I used quite a lot but I was pretty pleased with the result (even if it took a good few washings to get it out!). Having short hair that grows forwards, I didn't think it would slick back flat, but it did. And I was impressed with the shine. A good shine always looks great on dark hair when it reflects the light."
