Mudbear and His Friends

Meet Mudbear...

Such a warm friendly face.

An early picture of Mudbear when he had a lot more hair on the top and loaded it with a whole jar of wax. It layed stiff over his black leather jacket.

So lets get into some serious greasing

In the last five photos, Mudbear used lots of gell and combs it up in the back and the top.

Mudbear is not the usual slicker found on the Brylkeen Collection. No clean parts, no pompadours, and every hair is not neatly in place, but this very friendly cuddly scruffy bear's hair is surely slicked down with big hand-fulls of grease or gelletin. Mudbear says, "I use the Afro wax that Black people use. I soften it in my hands and rub it into my hair then comb it in." With a hair dryer he melts the wax in his hair which makes it much easier to style. When it cools down his hair is thickly plastered back and down over his black leather motorcycle jacket like hard candle wax. He says, "When I use wax I don't add anything else with it." The heat from the dryer makes the wax shinier.

"I go to work or out in public with it.
I don't mind what anyone says,
most people think it looks interesting."

Normally Mudbear prefers to use very strong gel -- a whole tube of it. "I style it when the gel is wet, then I will sometimes use Wella super hold spray which adds a high gloss to it," he explains, "more than any ones pics on Brylkeen! "Sometimes he will leave it on for a few days and each day, just keep adding more gel until he can't comb it anymore. "By then," he says, "my hair is plastered down so much it looks like it's been painted onto my head. When my hair is like this it is as hard as hard plastic and if I bend the bottom of it, it springs back."

From a head of curley and frizzy hair, Mudbear said he used a whole tube of grease when he captured these shots at each step.

A great big cuddly hairy grease bear!

Inspired by the combovers he has seen here on SlickVille and the soon to be released movie, Mudbear tames his long greasy hair into an over the top style. Mudbear used "Styling Steel" from Shockwaves, a Wella product.

Some friends come over for some greasing fun

Mudbear often gives a superslicking to some of his friends with long hair. "It is a real turn on," he says. "I like to slick all sorts of hair -- long, short, and any color -- every head looks different. I never cut my hair and would never go to a barber. I love to do it myself or have someone with sexy slick hair do it to me."

Here Mudbear has another friend show us his long soft hair. Then Mudbear pours on a jell called "Streetwise" and lets the saturated hair flow over his friend's bear back. He puts on a leather jacket to allow the wet hair to compliment the black leather. Streetwise is sold in the UK only at Super Drug. This is a super strong product, but Mudbear dries out some of a jar and then adds another jar to the mix so it becomes more concentrated and even stronger.

Another bear friend "Duke" got a super slicking with gell when Mudbear visited him in the US. The gell not only slid through his long hair, soaked his T-shirt. Imagine sharing a shower with this bear.

MUDbear

Mudbear got his Yahoo Clubs screen name from the fact that he also likes to sculpt his locks with mud. He also gets messy with food. Mudbear is a friendly bear that is into some very interesting fetishes. We included a few photographs of his mud-doos as a sample of what you can see on his website at: http://www.a-shovel.com
