Now to add a big handfull of Sandahl's Control Wax. It's the stuff barbers used to shape flat-tops. (Caution: Longer hair must be combed first into desired direction and then wax applied. Trying to comb it much differently after application can result in tangeling and is harder to comb. This stuff is actually ment for very short hair.)
